A Real Estate Mentor is someone who offers you advice when needed and who will coach and guide you on the road to a successful real estate career.

It should  be a rewarding experience for both the Mentor and the the person needing the guidance.

We should have similar passions in life and business, because in real estate the two are often intertwined.

As a Mentor, I will facilitate your thinking and learning. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will encourage you to learn a different way of doing things if the way you are doing them is not working for you.

Mentoring relationships are based on trust, confidentiality, mutual respect and sensitivity. As an experienced Real Estate Mentor I will suggest ways of doing things based on my own valued experience and known positive results.

You will be expected to drive the relationship by taking increasing responsibility for your own self-reflection and development. I will be on hand for all of your questions and will help point you in the right direction.
